CJC™ Fine Filters are offline oil filtration systems with integrated circulating pump for off-line installation. The filters are recognized around the world as highly efficient purification systems for applications involving hydraulic oil, lubrication oil, gear oil, quenching oil, phosphate esters and more.
CJC™ Fine Filters are ideal for controlling oil contamination levels for particles, water and degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish). The CJC™ Depth Filters have a filtration degree of 3 microns absolute and a very large dirt-holding capacity.
CJC™ Fine Filters deliver measurable customer benefits: lower operation and maintenance costs, increased productivity, and maximum lifetime for system components, in-line filters and oil. The modular filter units are built and sized to specific customer requirements - whether the oil volume is 2 litres or 200,000 litres.
HDU 15/12 Compact Oil Filter
HDU 15/12 is a compact offline oil filtration filter for maintaining clean oil in (power) transmission, hydraulic and lubrication circuits. The cellulose-based filter insert removes particles to 3-micron absolute, retains oil degradation products (oxidation, resin/sludge,
varnish), and removes dissolved / emulsified and free water from oil.
The HDU 15/12 is available in one size, with one filter insert. This compact filter is delivered in aluminium.

HDU 15/25 PV
HDU 15/25 PV is a fine filter for offline oil filtration in hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling, and small quench-oil systems. Particularly useful for filtering high-viscosity lubricants in gear boxes on wind turbine transmissions. The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation, resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil. Special inserts, which do not absorb water, are available on request.
Special Feature
Retrofit of HDU 15/25 turning it into a PTU 15/25. As the HDU 15/25 is designed as a modular system, it is possible to turn a HDU 15/25 into a PTU 15/25 by retrofitting the separate coalescer housing and changing the insert type to BLA 15/25. This process changes the water separation method from absorption to coalescing, which is suitable for larger amounts of water and resulting in a reduction of maintenance costs!
HDU 15/25 PV is available in one size only with one filter insert. CJC™ oil maintenance systems are available in a range of design configurations including pre-heaters, drip pans, tank, control boxes, coalescers.

HDU 27/- Series
HDU 27/- is a fine filter for offline oil filtration for medium to large hydraulic power transmissions, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems.The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil. Special inserts, which do not absorb water, are available on request.

HDU 38/- series is fine filters for offline oil filtration for quenching systems, lubrication and cooling systems (medium to large hydraulic power transmissions). The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a very high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved / emulsified and free water from oil. The HDU 38/- series is available in sizes 38/60 and 38/100, using from 3-5 CJC™ Filter Inserts fitted in the same filter housing.

HDU 427/-
HDU 427/- are Fine Filters for offline oil filtration with 4 stays/stacks of filter inserts fitted inside a single filter housing. They are used to maintain clean oils and fluids in 2 & 4 stroke diesel engines, hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems.
The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil.

HDU 727/108 is a Fine Filter for offline oil filtration with 7 stays/stacks of filter inserts fitted inside a single filter housing. Used to maintain fluids in steel pressing systems, large hydraulic power transmission, lubrication, cooling and quenching systems. The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil.
The HDU 727/108 contains 28 CJC™ Filter Inserts and is available in a range of design configurations including pre-heaters, drip pans, tanks, and control boxes.

HTO HP 27/108
HTO HP 27/108 GP, Heat Transfer Oil Filter / High Pressure Filter, is a fine filter for offline oil filtration with 1, 2, 3 or more HTO 27/108 filter housings installed in parallel, used for maintenance of heat transfer oil in central heating systems and where high processing temperatures are necessary. The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation, resin/sludge, varnish), and for raising the flash point.
With clean heat transfer oil you obtain extended oil life time and avoid: mechanical shaft seal change, breakdowns of pumps and valves, problems with gas heated oil boilers and alarms and unplanned stops.
HTO HP Filter is available in sizes HTO 1x27/108, 2x27/108, 3x27/108, and more stays, depending on the required oil capacity. The filter is standard mounted with tank, heat
exchanger, air cooler, control box, leak protection and 3-way valve.

HP 27/- High pressure
HP 27/- are high-pressure Fine Filters for offline (with pump) or bypass (without pump) oil filtration. The HP 27/- series is designed for use at higher operational pressures than the standard range and is approved for operational pressures of maximum 6 bars in marine applications and 8 bars in industrial applications.
The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil. Special inserts, which do not absorb water, are available on request.
HP Filters are used in fluid systems without pressure less reservoirs or return lines, e.g., industrial coolant compressors (lube oil) and low-pressure marine hydraulic systems.
